This Digital Content Consent explains why, in certain countries, we ask customers to provide additional consent before completing the purchase of digital products.

Invitation8 sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped.

Our products are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment.

2. Immediate Delivery of Digital Content

After your payment has been successfully completed, your purchased digital content becomes immediately available.

Depending on the purchased product, this may include:

downloadable PDF files;
Canva template links;
setup instructions;
personalized digital Setup Services (if purchased).

Delivery begins immediately after payment has been successfully processed.

3. Why We Request Your Consent

Under the consumer protection laws of certain countries, including members of the European Union, consumers may normally have a statutory right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days.

However, this right may no longer apply to digital content that is supplied immediately after purchase if:

the customer expressly requests immediate delivery; and
acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once access to the digital content begins,

to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For this reason, customers in certain countries may be asked to confirm their consent before completing their purchase.

4. What You Agree To

you are purchasing digital content delivered electronically;
no physical product will be shipped;
access to your purchased digital content begins immediately after successful payment;
you expressly request immediate delivery of the purchased digital content;
you understand that, where permitted by applicable law, your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply once access to the purchased digital content begins.

5. Countries Where Consent May Be Required

This consent is requested only where required or considered appropriate under applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers purchasing from countries where such consent is not legally required may not see this confirmation during checkout.

6. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing contained in this Digital Content Consent limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable in your country of residence.

If applicable law grants you rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded, those rights remain fully unaffected.
